In the early 1990’s, local employers
were seeking ways to reduce skyrocketing health care premiums
and group health insurance rates while maintaining quality
health care. HCAP was founded upon this premise. Today, by
working with third party administrators, we continue to provide
solutions through alternative health care choices.

Our corporate office is centrally
located in Bay City, Michigan. Our Board of Trustees and Physician
Advisory Committee are comprised of local business leaders,
hospital administrators and medical experts who make decisions
with your interests in mind.
